Thats me on Left! Allow me to introduce myself. My Name is Dalia Cristina but everyone knows me by Cristy. I live in sunny Southern California, Orange County to be exact. I honestly cant see myself living anywhere else, but i’m always open to follow the plans God has for me. Im what millennials call a fur mom. My dog Lola is my spoiled child, I don’t think she realizes she is a dog and i won’t dare tell her.

Collecting sunglasses is what brings me joy! I have over 30 pairs of shades, from high end brands to no name gas station shades. I feel like Ariel from the Little Mermaid when she is singing about her thing-a-ma-bobs, whos-its and whats-its…. I 100% agree with you Ariel, “i have plenty, but who cares, no big deal I want MORE!” My reasoning, we get a lot of sun shine in California.

I am also a Margarita kinda girl. Classic Lime, Mango, Strawberry, Cucumber-Jalapeno!!! Can we say creative OPTIONS! My mouth is watering as i type this, i hope someone reads this and decides to throw me a Margarita tasting party for my birthday!

Fitness is my current obsession. I am on journey to make my body fit my personality. Discover my strength, not just physically but mentally and emotionally. There is something about being able to lift heavy iron that makes me feel like Wonder Woman or Captain Marvel! Both super strong yet totally feminine. #goals

I started baking a few years back out of curiosity and well i cant believe i’m admitting it…. I was broke and needed a cake for a birthday party. (insert embarrassed emoji here)

Needless to say my first few attempts at creating beautiful cakes probably would have won the “worst cake” award, as they were epic fails! I promise you would have been scratching your head wondering if the thing with candles on top of it was a cake or some sort of blob strait out of the movie “flubber”.

Did i mention I’m self taught? I joke about attending YouTube University and Google Academy for the Self Motivated, all the time. But lets be honest here, I spent many many many hours of my free time researching and learned through trial and error. I think my family gained 20 lbs when i was figuring out what my favorite chocolate cake recipe was.

Like all things in life, practice makes perfect, and even though there is plenty of room for improvement i’de say I have come along way from my first attempts.
